Make sure the child does not eat foods that can increase gas production in the digestive tract, such as cabbage, radishes, onions, broccoli, beans, and fatty foods.

2. Avoid drinking drinks that can cause flatulence

Soft drinks generally contain phosphoric acid which can cause the appearance of flatulence in children. In addition to soft drinks, fruit juice can also sometimes trigger this bloating.
